Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a free plan with limited features so you can try the product before committing. No credit card required.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly by default. Yearly billing (with a discount) is coming soon. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel within 7 days of a new billing cycle, we'll refund the latest charge — no questions asked.
What happens to my portal if I downgrade?
Your data is always safe. If you downgrade below your current usage, some features will be paused until you upgrade again or reduce usage.
